Dive into the heart of Komodo National Park, one of the world’s most spectacular and challenging destinations for underwater photography and videography. This special expedition is designed for ocean photographers and filmmakers seeking both adventure and creative growth. Renowned underwater filmmaker David (@uw.ocean.visuals) will be onboard throughout the trip, offering guests the opportunity to review their footage and take part in post-production sharing sessions using DaVinci Resolve, his preferred editing platform. Guests are also welcome to exchange stories, techniques, and insights with fellow underwater photography enthusiasts in a relaxed and collaborative onboard environment. In addition, our in-house underwater photographer will document the journey, capturing stunning imagery of Komodo’s vibrant reefs, schooling fish, turtles, sharks, and diverse marine life. A curated selection of these images will be shared with guests at the end of the trip.

Night Dive Adventure
Open Water–certified divers are required to complete the Night Dive Adventure to join night dives. If you choose not to do the night dive, the course is not required; however, there will be no change to the itinerary and no alternative activity provided.

Guests may take both Deep and Night Dive Adventure as a combo, available at a special bundled price.
Advanced Course
The Advanced Open Water Diver Course is designed to build confidence and expand your diving skills through five adventure dives: Deep, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy (PPB), Tides & Currents, and Fish Identification. This course allows you to explore Komodo’s dive sites more safely while improving buoyancy control, situational awareness, and overall diving skills.
Deep Dive Adventure Course
Open Water–certified divers are required to complete the Deep Dive Adventure, as some Komodo dive sites are best experienced at deeper depths. You will be certified until max depth of 30 meters.
